Meet the Team

Jake Yeary

President

Mr. Yeary is the President of CWR Management and is responsible for developing and executing the company’s vision and strategy. Mr. Yeary has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, and is currently working on a Master’s in Business Administration degree at Texas State University.

Garrett Good

Land Department

Mr. Good manages the Land Department for Clear Water Resources and is responsible for right of way, surveying, and landowner relations. Mr. Good has a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University.

Shawn Sesock

Chief Financial Officer / CPA

Mr. Sesock is the Chief Financial Officer of Clear Water Resources and is responsible for overseeing financial activities and reporting for the Company.  Mr.  Sesock has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The Ohio State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas with 8+ years of extensive experience in public accounting specializing in for-profit companies.

Toree Fuller

Accounting & Business Development

Ms. Fuller is responsible for managing Accounts Receivable department to include customer service and collections. She also supervises Accounts Payable and works with all departments in managing workflows in order to provide timely payments to our vendors. Ms. Fuller also oversees all Administrative functions for the company. She brings over 12 years of experience to CWR.

Eddie Castillo

Director of Operations

As the Director of Operations, Mr. Castillo is responsible for implementing and executing CWR’s strategy of providing reliable oilfield waste solutions with top notch customer service. Eddie brings years of oil & gas experience to the position and has shown continued excellence in the ability to develop personnel, provide consistent customer service, and maintain industry leading efficiency within the operation.

Chase Cator

Project Manager

Mr. Cator is the Project Manager of Clear Water Resources and is responsible for project safety, budgeting, planning, and oversight. Mr. Cator has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from West Texas A&M University.
